Default value shows up in mail, even when text in input field is filled.

Hello,

I'll take a look, but I'm afaid that I'm not sure that I'll manage to do it today - trying to catch up with a failed motherboard and raid drive which has taken out my development computer.

Hello,

Getting back to normal.

I've taken a look at the referme! module and made the correction to the subject header. I have also taken the opportunity to catch-up with some localisation issues highlighted with version 3.2.2 of DNN.

The changes to the module were tested against DNN version 3.2.2 and SQL Server 2005 Express.
