12Pay

12Pay's payroll software allows you to manage your own payroll using HMRC accredited software.

All you have to do is make the same entries in the 12Pay payroll software that you would give to your accountant or payroll bureau. You don't even need to buy any special stationary, because 12Pay prints your payslips on blank paper and prints HMRC documents such as P45s for leavers on the standard HMRC stationary. 12Pay's payroll software allows you to manage the payrolls of an unlimited number of companies, each with an unlimited number of employees, and you don't have to give 12Pay a penny for it.

A premium version is avalable which adds valuable features, such as:

• Internet submission of year-end P14s and P35s. By performing an internet submission of year-end data to the Inland Revenue your company will be entitled to an incentive payment of £100 from HMRC if it has fewer than 50 employees.
• Electronic submission of net pay. Licensed 12Pay software will produce net pay files that you can submit to your bank's electronic payment software.
• You gain the ability to place your own company logo on output (for example, payslips) from the payroll.
