Change the unit of weight from lbs to kgs

To change the unit of weight from lbs to kgs requires editing of the language files. The Developers Toolkit will enable us to find which files are to be changed, together with the relevant line numbers.

Using a browser login to the admin of your Zen Cart website. Navigate to the Developers Toolkit: go to admin>Tools>Developers Toolkit.In the last box on the left type in lbs and select to search catalog/admin. This will give you the list of files and line numbers where the changes are required.

If you have not already done so, using ftp download the relevant sections of your Zen Cart website, using an FTP package. Edit the relevant files and post your updates back to your website.
