I have received this error a number of times

I have found that it usually relates to the dll files within the directory /dotnetnuke/bin. Most often where I have wrongly named and compiled a dll. Perhaps not the best of solutions - but take a look in the directory and see if there are any which you have recently add which you feel are wrongly named. Rather than deleting them it is better to move them into another directory, just in case - you never know!.
