The DotNetNuke Feedback module is used to send e-mail messages, principally as a method of feedback to the site owner. Using this method is generally preferable to the use of the hyperlink mailto: option, as it is less likely to have the e-mail address captured. We use the Feedback module on out Contact Us page. Once the module has been added to the web page, that's it.
