Visual Studio New Project Error

Installing one of the following versions of DotNetNuke 3.3.5; 3.3.6; and 3.3.7; for editing with Visual Studio a number of notifications are reported in Visual Studio,clientapi is not a member of utilities. On looking at the references, expandable list below the DotNetNuke project it shows CountryListBox and DotNetNuke.WebUtility marked in error.

To correct this error there are two approaches which may be taken:

A. Correct references

To correct the problem delete each of these items and add them in again as follows:

1. Right clicking on References and select Add Reference.
2. Select Browse
3. Navigate to the directory /dotnetnuke/bin and find the file DotNetNuke.WebUtility.dll
4. Click Ok

When following the above for DotNetNuke.WebUtility I received a notification advising that the reference for CountryListBox would no longer be valid. Not a problem, this will need to be changed also.

B. Add Missing dlls.

There are two dlls missing. These need to be copied from the bin directory as follows:

1. DotNetNuke.WebUtility.
   Copy the file /bin/DotNetNuke.WebUtility.dll to /controls/DotNetNuke.WebUtility/bin/DotNetNuke.WebUtility.dll
2. CountryListBox
   Copy the file /bin/CountryListBox.dll to /controls/CountryListBox/bin/CountryListBox.dll

To correct the above error I followed option B.
